Easy Take Ownership (Reg)

Simple way to take ownership of files and folders on your Windows PC.

Step 1: Double click the file named:
Right_Click_Only_with_Open_Command_Window_Here.reg

Step 2: Hit Run if confirmation window pops up.

Step 3: It will ask if you are sure, hit Yes.

Step 4: Complete!

Now when you right click on files, folders, or anything, it will have an option
"Take Ownership". It will simply own that folder so you can access it and 
edit the files within.
